The Years Fly By

Photo by Noah Silliman on Unsplash

“I cry out for order and find it only in art.” Helen Hayes

Fast the years fly by

Far too soon

We must say good bye

The seasons change

As time flies by

Children grow and

Take their flight

Older ones we hold dear

Slip away and

Disappear

Leaving behind

Precious memories

And a hollow space

That’s all for now, I’m just here trying to change the world one story at a time!
